Kuljit Bhamra and David White met whilst working together on the west end musical The far Pavilions. The pit-orchestra included Indian instruments for the first time in west end history. Inspired by this ‘meeting of cultures and sounds’ KUljit & David set up their own orchestra comprising 18 musicians from different parts of the world. A unique and eclectic mix of Paraguayan Harp, Tabla, Chinese Violins, Columbian guitar and classical piano. The cd features guest artists – Syrian qanun player Abdullah Chhaddeh and Chinese violinists CHI2.
